My Philosophy
Psychiatry that sees the whole person.
I believe that good psychiatric care looks at the whole picture: your mind, your body, your life. My practice is built around that belief.
Why I practice this way.
I work with high-functioning adults who want care that goes deeper: personalized medication management, therapy, and attention to the full context of their lives, including sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle, all woven together into something that actually makes sense for them.
This is integrative psychiatry. Thoughtful, collaborative, and built around the whole person.
My Approach
Three things that guide every appointment.
Listening before prescribing
Every appointment begins with a real conversation, not a symptom checklist. I want to understand your life, not just your diagnosis.
Unhurried, intentional care
My practice is intentionally small. Longer appointments, and direct communication.
Therapy and medication together
You should not need two separate providers. I offer both psychotherapy and medication management, integrated in one place.

Beyond the Office
What shapes how I think about wellbeing.
I believe that mental health does not exist in isolation from the rest of your life, and my own life reflects that. Outside of my practice, I am deeply committed to physical wellness. I have found that movement, sleep, and how we treat our bodies have a profound impact on how we feel mentally, and that conviction shapes how I approach care with every patient.
When we work together, I will often ask about your physical health, your sleep, your energy, not because I am checking boxes, but because I genuinely believe these things are interconnected. Healing rarely comes from medication alone.
I want every patient to leave feeling not just heard, but genuinely optimistic about what is possible.
Movement
Daily exercise as a foundation for mental clarity
Quality sleep
Rest as an essential pillar of emotional health
Nutrition
Food and nourishment as medicine for the mind
Time in nature
Stillness and connection as daily practice
