    Follow-up appointments:

    • Medication management: $200 (25 minutes)

    • Psychotherapy with or without medication management: $340 (50 minutes)

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. • That’s completely okay. The initial evaluation is designed to explore your history, symptoms, and preferences. We’ll discuss whether psychotherapy, medication, or both may be helpful. The final decision is always collaborative and centered on what feels right for you.

  • I prescribe these medications only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with state and federal guidelines. We will always review the risks, benefits, and alternatives before making any decision about your treatment.

  • Frequency depends on your individual needs. Typically, after an initial evaluation, follow-up appointments occur every 2–6 weeks for medication management, while psychotherapy sessions may be weekly or biweekly. We’ll adjust the schedule together based on your progress.
